Re-Rebirth?
After receiving a polarized response to rock-oriented tracks such as "Prom Queen" and "Hot Revolver" (I'm a fan), Weezy switches up the game plan for Rebirth. Mashup Monday: Super Mash Bros
If you haven't already heard of these fellows, their album is sick. Its a continuous mix, mostly of 90's alt and current hip-hop. They're clever sons of bitches. Just look at their name.PT: Mashup Mondays
I got a couple of mashups this week: Asher Roth vs T-Wayne, Katy Perry vs Metallica, Lil Wayne vs Coldplay, Lady Gaga vs 3 6 Mafia and Pitbull, and last but not least Usher vs Taylor Swift.
Note: some of the previews of these songs have crappy sound quality but im pretty sure that when u download them (which you should bc they r free), they get better.
Reeaally good mashup between I Love College and Got Money. And for those of you who hate Asher, dont worry cuz hes not in it.
Surpisingly awesome. I was a little skeptical before i heard it but this is actually really good. The sound quality of the preview may be crappy but when u download it its better.
Terry Urban did a good job with this mashup. Viva la Vida vs A Millie. another really good mashup.
One more good mashup. Lolli Lolli vs Poker Face. Poker Face's beats with Lolli Lolli's verses, works out really well.
Last, but definately not least. As if Love Story needed improving, but this mashup is done really well. Love Story vs Love in This Club. Check it out.

First off, hopefully you've checked out Rhymefest's mixtape The Manual. It's a few weeks old but for those who haven't copped it yet, do so now. Link's below.

Also, here are a a couple tracks me and the crew recorded back in the day, one is the Seiver song and the other is a clip of the WORST take ever, which happened while we were recording "Taking a Shit on Connor's Flaky Face," it's pretty funny. I'll post more of these old gems later, and once Senior Projects start I'll be posting fresh ones.

Bladerunner
I was too tired to do any work last night, so I watched the 1982 classic Harrison Ford movie, Bladder Runner for the first time. It's a little hard to follow at times, but definitely worth adding to your netflix. You can also watch it instantly on netflix like I did. It's directed by Ridley Scott, one of my favorite directors. It also got an 8.3 on IMDB, which is a pretty high score. I recommend it.

- Fun new R & B song by The Dream. Kanye kills it at the end with a really good verse. I couldn't find a downloadable version of this song but its on limewire and probably ITunes.
- I don't know anything about this group, but the song is getting a lot of buzz around the intronet. It's a mix of R & B and Hip-hop with a really tight clubish techo beat. You can download this one from the website.
- Really nice remix to the Black Kids song. The Twelves are always good for a solid remix to goods songs. Lil' Wayne adds a pretty good verse at the end of the song. Good music to drive to. You can download this one through the link on hype machine.

Tight new song by Zion 1. I usually don't like too much west coast rap, but this song is pretty hot. The video is really all over the place and crazy, but its really cool. Its directed by M.A.Y.O. The chorus of the song is real good too. Go Hypy.
